From Burnout to Balance

It's not only employees who experience burnout. So do students, parents and caregivers. The rule to avoid burnout is: start early. Stress and chronic stress are the signs that burnout could be coming. When stress won't abate then that's the time to care for yourself so you don't end up burning out.
